Hi, my name is Danyal and I am a full-stack web and mobile app developer with experience in both JavaScript and Python. I have a passion for building intuitive and user-friendly applications that solve real-world problems.

Work Terms
Payment: Payment will be made via payowner or western union upon satisfactory completion of each deliverable. A deposit of 20% to 40% depending on project may be required upfront.
Scope of Work: The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined in a project proposal or contract. Any additional work outside of the defined scope will be billed at 5$ to 10$ per hour.
Communication: I will be available for communication via Zoom , google meet or skype during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm [any Time Zone]). I will respond to all inquiries within few minutes.
Confidentiality: I will not disclose any information regarding the project or the client to any third parties without the client's prior written consent.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time before I start work with written notice. Upon termination, all unfinished work will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
Intellectual Property: The client will own all intellectual property rights to the finished product, including any custom code or designs created as part of the project.
Warranty: I will provide a 3 months warranty for any errors or defects in the finished product. Any necessary updates or repairs outside of the warranty period will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the issue through mediation before seeking legal action.
