I am 21 years of age;

I’ve had two jobs since high school.
The first one was at St. Elizabeth co-operative credit union for 1 year as a sales and marketing representative.
Which means that I was responsible for
 Open new accounts
 Promote and advertise the products and services from the credit union(Loans and saving plans)
 Organize files for new accounts, new insurances and new investments
 Assist marketing manager in promoting savings at PTA meetings at schools
 Provide saving and investment advice to customers.

My next job was at Sutherland global services, where I worked for 6 months as a sales and customer service consultant.

 Assist customers with understanding their bills
 Deescalate irate customers
 Sell different products and services
 Record information of daily activities
 Advertising and promoting AT&T products and services.
