Among accomplishments in the entrepreneurial world, he implemented processes and strategies leading to the successful launch of revolutionary data analysis technology for one startup and led a succession of growth initiatives at several more.
He has a proven aptitude for recruiting, training, coaching and motivating teams and individuals to higher achievement, resulting in sustained organizational success and profitability.
Dave loves the outdoors and spends much of his free time hiking or biking the trails of the Portland metro area with his trusty yellow Lab. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from California State University, Fullerton and lives in Battle Ground, WA with his family.
