As I work from home, I can be quite flexible about working and often work additional hours when a job is in progress. The only exception to this is when I'm travelling when I'm only able to provide ad-hoc and urgent support.
My normal means of contact is email and Skype.
All payments should be made through SafePay. Unless the job is particularly large and long, I normally take payment at the end of a job when we are both happy with the outcome. Consequently I would like payment to be made as quickly as possible and certainly no longer than 7 days from presenting the invoice.
