Work Terms

1. Hourly Rate: My hourly rate is $X, depending on the complexity and nature of the project. I believe in transparent pricing, so all rates will be agreed upon before starting work.

2. Project-Based Pricing: For specific projects, I offer fixed pricing based on the scope, requirements, and desired outcomes. I will provide a detailed estimate after understanding the full project needs.


3. Scope of Work: Each project will have a clearly defined scope, outlining the deliverables, timeline, and key milestones. This will include design, development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring clear expectations from start to finish.

4. Revisions: I offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the final product aligns with your vision. Additional revisions can be discussed and priced accordingly.

5. Payment Terms: A 50% upfront payment is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For larger projects, milestone payments can be arranged based on agreed phases.

6. Communication: I value clear and open communication throughout the project. I am available via email, Slack, or Zoom for regular updates and feedback. My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours.


7. Timeline: Timelines will be set after assessing the project requirements. Generally, I aim to deliver the initial prototype within 2 weeks, with final delivery within 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.


8. Additional Work & Revisions: Any work outside the agreed-upon scope, such as new features or significant changes, will be billed at my hourly rate.


9. Confidentiality: I prioritize client confidentiality and will ensure all project details and intellectual property remain secure and private.

10. Post-Launch Support: I offer 1 month of free post-launch support to address any bugs, issues, or minor tweaks. After that, support can be provided at an additional rate if required.
