With over 12 years experience in the IT industry. Much of my time has been spent on both sides of support services finishing recently as a Group IT Manager for a global mining company.
My professional history has given me a variety of situations from business startups to email migrations to setting up WiFi on a mine site in the middle of Sierra Leone (pre Ebola) and has given me a reputation as a determined, reliable problem solver. This has also given me experience with people, helping at all levels from experienced CEO’s through to people who have never used a computer before.
