I have been creating architectural plans and details for residential and light Commercial design/bid/permit projects for homeowners and general contractors across several states for more than 20 years.
My goal is help the customer turn their architectural ideas into a reality in an efficient and timely fashion eliminating much of the confusion and complexity that can come from a typical architectural delivery model.
Work Terms
Available on a consulting basis, hourly or stipulated sum.
