Since entering the high tech industry in 1995, David has produced high ROIs by working across departments to build new business, reduce costs, and meet quality and productivity goals. Practiced in managing and scaling small, high-tech organizations, he possesses expertise in strategic business and technological solutions. David provides strong servant leadership, effective organization, and a keen ability to quickly recognize root problems and implement the best solutions to address them.
David has managed multiple aspects of a business including finance, sales, HR, & legal, and is adept at forming strategic partnerships, running mergers & acquisitions, and designing engineering solutions. For more than ten years, he has focused on strategies and efficiencies within Healthcare IT & Identity orgs, leading ops & defining technological solutions. Prior to that David spent thirteen years leading operations & engineering services in semiconductor robotics organizations.
