Available weekdays from early morning until about 3 30 PM Eastern Time - but can adjust hours when necessary for time differences. The best first contact is by email, though I use the phone with clients when necessary. I provide estimates as well, if you just want to talk about a project before making a commitment. I also price by the individual article or report, through Guru did not appear set up to handle that.
