Work Terms
I am available to provide Virtual Assistant services Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Nigerian Time (WAT, UTC+1). This schedule allows me to support clients across Africa, the UK, US, and Canada. For African clients in nearby time zones, this covers late afternoon to evening, while for East African countries it aligns with early to late evening. UK clients are reached in the late afternoon/evening, US East Coast/Canada East in the afternoon to early evening, and US West Coast/Canada West in the morning to early afternoon. I can also adjust slightly for urgent or short-term projects as needed.
Payment terms: I work on either an hourly basis or fixed-price contracts, depending on project scope. Hourly projects include detailed work records for clarity, while fixed-price projects include agreed milestones and deliverables. All payments are processed securely through Guru for safety and reliability.
Preferred communication: I prioritize clear and prompt communication via Guru Messages Trello, or Asana, typically responding within 12–24 hours. My goal is to provide reliable, professional, and transparent support to clients across multiple regions.
