Work Terms

1. Project Process

Initial Consultation - Client provides brief, references, and requirements

Proposal & Agreement - Scope, timeline, and pricing confirmation

Modeling Phase - Basic structure and layout development

Texturing/Lighting - Application of materials and lighting setup

Rendering - High-quality image production

Revisions - Up to 5 rounds of modifications included

Final Delivery - High-res images/files in agreed formats

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear briefs, reference images, and necessary drawings

Timely feedback during review stages

Complete payment as per agreed terms

3. Delivery & Revisions

Standard delivery time: [X] business days from project start

Included revisions: 5 rounds (additional revisions billed hourly)

Final files delivered via Google Drive/Dropbox/WeTransfer

4. Payment Terms

60% deposit required to begin work

Balance due before final file delivery

Accepted payment methods: [Bank Transfer/PayPal/Wise/etc.]

Rush fees may apply for expedited projects

5. Intellectual Property

Final 3D assets remain property of client after full payment

6. Cancellation Policy

Deposit non-refundable if project is canceled after work begins

Partial payments may be required for work completed if canceled mid-project

Primary tools: 3ds Max + Corona

Final deliverables:
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders
• 360° panoramas (optional)
• Raw files available upon request (additional fee may apply)
