Hi, My up coming clients as you can read my job title i think I've enough experience in working field and to provide your implemented ideas in a frame, but not enough in technology because it's not dot, it's line of dots. Including my study time I've approx 7 year experience in App and web development field.
I also try that my client will get their work from one place that's why i try to connect with different technology. i also have 10-15 person in my group and those people are ironic for my work.

As you can see in my profile i'm working on both condition, hourly rates are fix but fix budget totally depends on client requirement.
