Work Terms

I work 15 hrs in a week at the rate of 15 USD per hour. Working hours can be negotiated but not much. I would like to have an advanced payment right before submitting the work done and will definately make the necessary corrections required by the client. I don't like being micro managed. I am particular about small details so I would expect the client to discuss the expectations completely so that we are on the same page till the end of the project. I would like to keep Email as the mode of communication.
