Deidra has been a huge help in finding and preparing grant applications. She goes above and beyond in her work and is always looking out for additional funding that we might be eligible for. She is super responsive when we have questions and has made herself available for our board meetings. I am so happy to have the chance to work with her and I will happily hire her again in the future.

As my first Guru contractor, Deidra set a standard of professionalism that may make it difficult for others to follow. Not only was she timely, thorough, and knowledgeable in the service she provided, she was open. Together, Deidra and I took a journey, discovering what was essentially at the heart of my quest for budgeting services… imagining what is possible. It is hard to think that someone can embody both sides of the brain, in terms of being an abstract thinker (right brain) and a concrete/linear thinker (left brain). But, this is what she offered time and time again. Exceeding the expectations assigned to each milestone throughout the project, Deidra intuitively understood what I could not articulate. She became a teacher and coach right alongside of her superior skills in research and development.
