• Oversee all operational efforts that reduced expenses by more than 20% and increased profitability by more than 200% within the first 18 months, strengthening the future of the organization.

• Led organization through a transitional period that established new, more efficient positions, resources, benefits and stability which lead to reduced turn-over, professional growth opportunities and higher morale.
