Work Terms
1. Project Initiation & Milestones
We work strictly based on Milestones to ensure transparency and security for both parties.
Deposit: A 25-30% upfront milestone is required to commence any project (Design & Architecture phase).
Development Phase: Payments are released upon completion of agreed-upon functional modules (e.g., API integration, UI design, Beta version).
Final Delivery: The remaining balance is released after the final deployment and bug-testing phase.
2. Communication & Updates
Channels: We prefer communication via Guru Messages for record-keeping. Video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) can be scheduled for project discovery.
Reporting: Clients receive weekly progress updates or access to a staging environment (for Web/Cloud projects) to monitor development in real-time.
3. Scope of Work & Revisions
Fixed Price: The quote covers the features explicitly mentioned in the project agreement.
Revisions: We offer 2 rounds of minor revisions after the initial delivery. Major changes to the core logic/architecture after development has started will be treated as a "Change Order" and quoted separately.
API Credentials: For WordPress plugins or App integrations, the client must provide the necessary API keys and documentation at the start of the project.
4. Code Quality & Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom code and assets.
Standards: All code (Android, Windows, WordPress) follows modern security standards and clean-coding practices for easy future maintenance.
5. Post-Launch Support
We provide 15-30 days of free bug-fix support after final delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly in your production environment.
Extended maintenance or hosting via Darthost.eu can be arranged as a separate monthly contract.
