Work Terms
Payment must be made in U.S. dollars and includes all labor, management, support and overhead. Pricing is not inclusive of any applicable, customary or special, local or federal sales, use or related taxes whether currently in force or in the future. If the client disagrees with or questions any amount due, the client shall communicate such disagreement to Mentor Documents and Consulting, LLC, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Any claim not made within that period shall be deemed waived. This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this proposal and is subject to revalidation thereafter. The terms are negotiable. Direct deposit is available. All Purchase Orders, amendments, and copies of any applicable Federal, State or Local Tax Exemption Certificates must be provided prior to requesting services.
