Work Terms

Hours of Operation

-Available Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+3, Nairobi Time)

-Flexible to adjust for international clients (US/Europe time zones).

Communication Preference

-Primary: Guru WorkRoom messages (all updates, file sharing, and approvals).

-Response time: within 12 hours (often much faster).

Payment Terms

-All payments through Guru SafePay (escrow) for security.

-Milestone-based payments for larger projects (e.g., deposit → draft → final submission).

-For smaller projects: full payment upon delivery & approval.

-Minimum project budget: $100.

Revisions & Delivery

-I offer unlimited revisions per project to ensure satisfaction.

-Deliverables provided in DWG, DXF, PDF, KML, SHP, or other requested formats.

Confidentiality

-All project data and documents are treated as strictly confidential.

-I do not share client materials without written consent.
