Derek is an excellent Ruby programmer, web designer and systems analyst. He built a great system, quickly, to spec and with an extensive test suite to ensure that everything worked perfectly. He went beyond the initial requirements and developed a back-end using MongoDB and was polite, helpful and effective throughout the project.
