Work Terms

I am an individual freelancer offering professional transcription and proofreading services. Below are my standard work terms to ensure a smooth and efficient collaboration:

✔ Availability:
I am available for both one-time and ongoing projects. I respond quickly to all messages and aim to maintain clear communication throughout the project.

✔ Communication:
Primary communication will be through Guru’s WorkRoom. I am also open to email or chat as needed. Regular updates will be provided to keep you informed of progress.

✔ Turnaround Time:

Transcription: 24 to 72 hours, depending on the length and clarity of audio/video.

Proofreading: 24 to 48 hours for standard documents (up to 3,000 words).
Urgent/rush delivery options are available upon request.


✔ Revisions:
I offer up to 2 free revisions per project to ensure your complete satisfaction.

✔ Confidentiality:
Client confidentiality is a top priority. All files and information will be handled securely. I am open to signing an NDA if required.

✔ Payment Terms:
I prefer SafePay for secure transactions. Payment can be milestone-based or hourly, depending on your project needs. Time tracking and clear reporting will be provided for hourly work.
