PDF, Excel & CSV Automation Specialist

I specialize in small, well-defined data automation projects involving PDF, Excel, CSV, source files, and repetitive spreadsheet workflows.

I can extract tables from PDFs, clean and deduplicate datasets, merge multiple files, standardize columns, validate data, repair formulas, and build reusable Python or spreadsheet-based automations. Deliverables are organized, documented, and designed to be easy to review and reuse.

I work best with clear inputs and outputs. Share a sample file, expected format, approximate volume, and deadline, and I will propose a practical scope and fixed-price milestone.

Work Terms

Available for short, well-defined projects and workflow improvements. I prefer milestone-based fixed-price work when the scope is clear, or hourly work for investigation and iteration. Communication stays on Guru, and I normally respond within one business day. Work begins after the sample files, deliverables, timeline, and SafePay milestone are agreed. Final delivery includes organized output files and brief documentation. Reasonable corrections within the agreed scope are included.
