Work Terms
1. Scope of Work
All work will be clearly defined in a project proposal or agreement shared with the client, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any changes or additions outside the agreed scope will require written approval and may be subject to additional charges.
2. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on client feedback, timely approvals, and other unforeseen factors. Delays in receiving content, approvals, or payments from the client may impact the timeline.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide all necessary content, images, logins, and approvals in a timely manner.
Review and approve work promptly to avoid project delays.
Assign a point of contact for streamlined communication.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in the proposal or invoice.
Work will commence upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit.
Final deliverables will be handed over upon full payment.
Late payments may result in suspension of work or services.
5. Revisions Policy
A limited number of revisions are included in the initial agreement (typically 2–3 rounds).
Additional revisions outside the scope or after final approval may incur extra charges.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables (excluding open-source libraries or third-party assets).
Dial for Web LLC retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios or marketing material unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without prior consent.
8. Warranty & Support
A standard support period (e.g., 15–30 days post-launch) is included for fixing bugs or minor issues.
Ongoing maintenance, hosting, or support can be provided under a separate agreement.
