This model plans the project as an estimated number of fixed cost & fixed scope iterations (Sprints). Each Sprint provides a pre-agreed scope within a pre-agreed cost at a pre-agreed quality norm. As project progresses, estimation on number of sprints is adjusted and becomes more accurate. This model offers flexi pull out and easy adaption to change with least risk
TIME & MATERIAL – Progress at your will
In this model, Client agrees to pay a pre-agreed fee for each resource or team and engages the resource/team as per will. This offers operating flexibility to projects where work scope is too dynamic to ascertain upfront
FIXED COST – You define, We deliver
In this model, Client agrees to pay a pre-agreed fixed fee for a very well defined scope. Any change in scope is handled as time & material cost. This offers a predictive cost advantage to usually small and specific objective projects
