Work Terms

Work Hours:
I am available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. I am also available for evening and weekend work on a case-by-case basis, with advance notice.

Payment Terms:
I accept payment through Guru's SafePay system, with a 50% deposit required before work begins and the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.

Communication:
I prefer to communicate through email and am available to answer messages during my regular work hours. I am also available for phone or video calls if necessary.

Revisions:
I offer two rounds of revisions for all projects, with additional revisions available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
If the project is cancelled before work begins, the full deposit will be returned. If the project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit will not be returned and any work completed will be invoiced at the agreed upon rate.

Copyright:
Upon payment of the final invoice, all copyright will be transferred to the client.

Confidentiality:
I understand the importance of confidentiality and will not disclose any information related to the project or the client to any third parties without the client's written consent.
