I have a great passion about creating readable and accessible documents that both technical and non-technical readers find useful and helpful.
I am a Computer Science graduate who has a lot of passion for organization and documentation. I have over 6 years of progressive experience in designing and writing technical documents in various fields. My job included data analysis, requirements analysis, document design, document writing, and document maintenance and organization. It also required a minimum level of understanding of the technical aspects of the content, that’s where my college degree and my IT background came in handy. My manager also relied on me to do some copy editing, as well as review and preform gap analysis of some of the existing documentations.
I believe that my education and experience combine both Plain Language concepts and simple concise technical verbiage.
