1. Project Engagement & Pricing Models
I offer flexible engagement models tailored to the specific needs of heavy industrial and enterprise-level projects:
Hourly Consulting: Ideal for ongoing EPC management, strategic advisory, continuous scheduling oversight, and meeting participation. Time is meticulously tracked and billed weekly.
Fixed-Price Milestones: Best suited for clearly defined deliverables (e.g., developing a comprehensive MS Project baseline schedule, or delivering an initial feasibility report). Projects are divided into logical phases, with payments tied directly to the approval of each milestone.
2. Payment Security (Guru SafePay)
Can vary depending upon the scope of work and project. It can be discussed and arrived at the time of signing the contract
Once the milestone deliverable is submitted and reviewed, funds are to be released promptly.
3. Scope of Work & Revisions
Every engagement begins with a clearly defined Scope of Work (SOW).
Revisions: Fixed-price milestones include standard revisions to ensure the deliverable perfectly aligns with your operational needs.
Scope Creep: Any requests that fall outside the originally agreed-upon SOW will be evaluated and addressed via a formal mail or Change Order, which may require an adjustment to the timeline and budget.
