Work Terms

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (IST).

Weekend Policy: Weekends are reserved for family and rest. However, emergency support for critical production issues (e.g., server downtime) is available for long-term contract clients.

Milestone-Based Payments: For project-based work, payments are divided into clear milestones (e.g., Design, Development, Beta Testing, Final Deployment).

Upfront Deposit: A 25-50% deposit is required to initiate any new project.

Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon milestone completion and are due within 5 business days.

Late Fees: A 5% late fee may be applied to invoices overdue by more than 14 days.

Hourly Contracts: Logged weekly via Upwork or agreed-upon tracking software, with payments processed according to the platform's standard cycle.
