It started with a general transcription project that grew exponentially through word-of-mouth and referrals by 2010 operating in Manila, Philippines. Fast forward to 2016—with expanded partnerships, diVA Enterprises, LLC was established in California, USA and a satellite office opened in Makati City, Philippines. As the demand for transcription rises, diVA Enterprises has evolved into a sought-after service provider, expanded its workforce and upgraded its technology and approach to delivering first-rate transcription services around the world.

We are a transcription company with highly-skilled and full-time Transcription Specialists. We never outsource our work to freelancers to protect the integrity & confidentiality of the projects we work on as well as ensure that our production & efficiencies stay at the highest level.

We are trained to transcribe recordings in multiple settings (varying audio quality, genre, accents, single to multispeaker) and are skilled in a variety of transcription styles: Strict Verbatim, Intelligent/Clean Verbatim, Edited Summarized, Notes, Excel Transcription, and Subtitling.

We take pride in our work and see accuracy as our top priority. For all our transcription work, we verify quality through our effective project management process to ensure transcript submissions are error-free and client-ready. We also provide a dedicated Project Manager, QA and Transcription Specialist(s) to manage and work on your transcription projects.
