A Corporate professional with Extensive experience of 9 years in Human Resources, team building & Business Expansion skills. A goal oriented person with different ideas to achieve target.

I have 9yrs of Exp., in the industry. Started my carrier in the 2nd year of graduation with the company named in the industry as Marion biotech Pvt. Ltd. as an Administrator. I was responsible for the recruitment, Salary, Stationery, Bill payments and A/c management for the office. It ws a great exp., as it taught me the grounds management of the office.

After completing my graduation I joined Credence Management Consultants as an HR Executive. As an outstanding performer of the company, I was promoted as a Team Leader within 6 months of span. Worked as a Team Leader for 3 months, due to my outstanding performance, zeal towards my work, team handling skills, analytical skills & business development management, my head offered me to work as a partner on percentage basis i.e. (20:80) ratio. With this new challenging role, I started my new phase of carrier with the great enthusiasm. Achieved various milestones and promoted the company. After 2.5 yrs as an matured person and a more organized person, I decided to open my own organization.

In Nov’2009 I opened a Franchise with Credence Management consultants. In 2010 i finally took a decision to open my own company by the name of Monet Manpower Services as an individual entrepreneur. It was a multitasking job, which includes:

* Client Coordination and many more

It was a great challenge and was a great opportunity for me to prove myself in the industry. Things went Well and in a span of year my consulting firm was established and was well known in the industry of Recruitment.

In 2015 I took a break from business for my motherhood and since then I am working as a Freelancer consultant for my business.

Work Terms

Would like to work 3-4 hrs a day
Payment terms should be weekly
