As a technical writer, I have created and maintained documentation for administrators and end users of the following software domains: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), telecom expense management, and CAD/CAM. I have created and maintained documents such as Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, Online Help, User Guides, and Release Notes.
I have worked on Adobe Framemaker, Adobe Robohelp, and Microsoft Word.
I have also been a part of the technical support team, for an internet service provider. My responsibilities included resolving customer queries related to connectivity, internet, browsers, and billing.
