An absolute expert. Even while the issues were less than desirable, Deborah had reasonable answers to all of the problems. She has the skills needs for a an Exceptional VoIP engineer.

Deborah was great from beginning to end. She clearly communicated about the scope of the project, was willing to negotiate on the price, and was always available. She provided me with complete information, and highlighted the most relevant parts of the many documents she forwarded and collated. Her technical expertise was superlative, and I would gladly work with her again.
