Short story
I’ve created my first game website “thewow.ru” when I was 15 yo. After it started to grow I’ve merged it with wow.ru (in fact it is alive at the moment). And then never stopped programming for the web.
I work hard on designing maintainable software. I see that lot of web-applications are being developed with no clue of how people going to maintain and improve them over time, in other words with no architecture in mind. I think this is a big problem for the industry. If we cannot change our software quickly adapting to new market opportunities then competitors will do that. And we all know how insanely fast things change on the Internet.
