Helping you eliminate physical interference during sleep so your body can finally rest deeply and naturally.
I specialize in advanced sleep optimization by addressing one of the most overlooked causes of poor sleep: physical pressure and body misalignment.
For years, I observed that many people struggle with fatigue, restless sleep, and discomfort despite trying common solutions like better mattresses, routines, or relaxation techniques. This led me to question a fundamental assumption — what if the problem is not mental, but physical?
Through independent research and applied analysis in sleep biomechanics, I developed a framework that focuses on how constant body pressure and posture create what I call “Neural Distractors”: subtle but continuous signals that prevent the nervous system from fully disengaging during sleep.
This work evolved into what I now refer to as the Bionic Sleep Method, a structured approach that combines:
pressure redistribution
body alignment
practical, real-world adjustments
My coaching is highly practical and results-oriented. In most cases, clients are able to test changes the very same night using simple tools like pillows, positioning, and environmental adjustments.
My goal is not to give generic advice, but to help you understand what is physically interfering with your sleep — and how to remove it.
Long-term, I also develop ergonomic sleep systems designed to automate these improvements, but my focus during coaching is simple:
help you feel a real difference as soon as possible.
I work best with individuals who:
wake up tired despite enough sleep
experience discomfort or tension at night
move frequently while sleeping
feel that “something is off” but can’t identify why
Outside of my work, I am deeply interested in human physiology and how small physical factors can have a large impact on overall well-being.
