Civil Engineer (Quantity Surveyor and Real Estate Appraiser)
I work for more than 8 years now. I am currently employed with private bank, practicing my Appraisal career.
At the same time I do freelance job as Civil Engineer, mainly Quantity Surveyor. I prepare construction quantity take-offs and bill of materials. Some of the project I've involved with as a freelancer includes 2-Storey Residential House Project and 2-Storey Duplex House Project.
I am aware of the deadlines since I also worked for a General Contractor, and beating deadlines is one of my main goals in pursuing freelance jobs.
Work Terms
I prefer both hourly jobs and fixed-rate jobs.
