Dorlan has successfully completed a project coding a MySQL database stored procedure which is scanning and altering records according to multiple scenarios. Technical skill: I ran the code already multiple times on a total of more than 40 million records and I found no issues so far. Communication: This was simply great. Despite a time difference between continents and me working in an ordinary job during the day, we could work very well together because I outlined exactly the requirements and Dorlan understood it perfectly, and asked the questions he needed to ask. We both had a clear and friendly exchange. I was also offered other means of contacts. Another very positive thing I would like to mention, and which -in my opinion- falls under the category of communication is the EXCELLENT documentation which was provided by Dorlan around the stored procedure. Really very well commented and described! ++++++ Creativity: I thank Dorlan for thinking through my detailed project description and finding a mistake in the provided logic and fixing this in his provided solution. Timeliness: I did not care much about the timing and had a very lenient timeline. Everything was as agreed on and totally okay for my requirements. Thank you, Dorlan!
