My legal path started with a deep fascination for how technology reshapes creativity. Since 2007, I have served as a dedicated law professor and researcher. I spent years diving into the deep end of digital rights management, culminating in my doctoral research on copyright and neighboring rights. Over the last 19+ years, I have mentored thousands of future legal minds, built market-ready legal curricula on Artificial Intelligence and constitutional rights, and advised emerging startups on safeguarding their assets. Transitioning into independent consulting was a natural evolution—allowing me to take those years of rigorous academic insight and apply them directly to the immediate, real-world problems digital businesses face today.

Work Terms & Collaboration Guidelines
To maintain a professional, transparent, and highly efficient working relationship, I operate under the following structured guidelines:
1. Hours of Operation & Availability
Standard Consulting Hours: Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (IST) | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (IST).
Response Turnaround: I review messages regularly and will respond to all WorkRoom inquiries within 12 to 24 business hours.
Urgent Project Needs: If you have an active product launch or a tight deadline, extended or off-hours availability can be coordinated by prior agreement.
2. Payment Terms & Milestone Structure
Guru SafePay Escrow: For security and mutual peace of mind, all project work begins only after the specific project milestone is fully funded into Guru’s SafePay escrow account.
Fixed-Price Projects (Preferred): For defined tasks—such as drafting a specific contract, clearing a content library, or conducting an AI risk audit—we will work on a clear, milestone-by-milestone flat fee.
Hourly Consultations: Ongoing strategic advisory or fractional legal support is billed hourly, with time logged and released weekly via Guru.
Revisions: Fixed-fee deliverables include up to two rounds of minor adjustments within 14 days of delivery to ensure the final strategy perfectly matches your business objectives.
3. Preferred Communication Style
Official Documentation: All project scoping, contract drafts, file exchanges, and formal approvals must be handled directly within the Guru WorkRoom to maintain an organized, safe record for both of us.
Live Strategic Meetings: Milestone kick-offs, complex legal deep-dives, or advisory consultations are conducted via scheduled Zoom or Google Meet sessions. Please request and schedule call times at least 24 hours in advance.
