I have a track record in crop protection, seeds, agriculture and food chain management in over 5 countries, in particular in Asia, Africa and Latin America. With a background of leadership roles in strategy, marketing, business management, project management and M&A, proven skills of human resources efficiency and management within complex structures and limited resources; working across cultures and teams, tested interpersonal and networking skills, proactive and critical thinking, result oriented, flexible and reliable under pressure; dynamic and enthusiastic team-player, with a strong sense of initiative and a problem-solving attitude. Worked in the field and managed large scale development projects with analytical and strategic thinking in sustainable crop management, seed production, crop improvement, IPM, and issues related to food and nutritional security.
