Work Terms
Pricing & Payment: My standard rate is $65/hour, but I also offer fixed-price quotes for clearly defined projects, such as contract drafting, GDPR compliance setup, or policy creation. All payments are securely processed through the Guru SafePay system, ensuring safety for both parties.
Project Scope: I provide comprehensive legal and compliance services, including:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts,
Providing legal advice and risk assessments,
GDPR and compliance support, including policy creation and implementation,
Legal documentation and internal procedures for organizations.
Work can be delivered in English or Croatian, depending on the client’s preference.
Availability & Communication: I am flexible with working hours, primarily in the CET timezone, and available for short-term projects or ongoing collaborations. I typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
Revisions & Consultations: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included for contracts or documents unless otherwise agreed. Consultations can be provided via email, video call, or phone, based on your preference.
Other Terms: All work is delivered professionally, confidentially, and in compliance with applicable laws. I strive to provide practical, clear solutions and can adapt to your project’s specific needs or deadlines.
