Dustin is an expert in Organizational Change Management with a Masters in Human Relations, a Bachelor's degree in Global Management and Leadership, and is currently working on his Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Dustin has been working in the Organizational Change Management (OCM) space for 10 years and is 1 of a few active Prosci Advanced Certified Instructors in the world.
