I did my Architecture in 2014 than I took two additional years for master degree in Urban and Regional Planning. I am working in this profession since 2016 and have explored various field like residential designs, commercial designs, developing a township, interior design for residential bungalow as well commercial projects.I have one year of job experience in one of the leading firm in India as well I used to travel on regular interval all over India to explore new places, new innovative Ideas and Vision and culture which helps me in my design to bring innovative concepts to my clients.Providing quality services in given time frame is my priority.

Work Terms

Professional Fee account note
1) Fees and Remuneration (Only Design):
- Architecture drawing,3d Design and Elevation Design,Interior Design : 500 INR per Hour.
* Working hour will be 6 hour per day.

Scope of Work:
1) Basic 3d (for Architecture project only)
2) Cad drawing of project, If it is interior project schematic 3d will be provided
3) Placement of door window if required.

Preconditions:
1) It is only working for developing drawings, charges for any site visits and sitie supervision is not included.
2)The work shall commence after the agreement will be provided in written on given mail ID.
3)Project duration would be 1 week after work initiated.(It may vary according to quantum of work)
3) This is basic fees structure charge will be negotiable,depending upon scale of project and no of project.
4) Revision would be chargeable after 3 revisions
*15%advance payment once the project is initiated.
