Our Principal, Jon Michael Pardo, SPHRi, SHRM-CP, IPMA-SCP
Jon Michael Pardo is a distinguished human capital executive with extensive experience in global HR operations. He has held leadership roles in various industries, including construction, biotech, healthcare and non-profit sectors. Jon is known for his innovative strategies in labor relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee development.

He has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dragados USA, where he spearheaded HR programs across North America. Jon also worked as the Human Capital Officer for North America at Oxford Nanopore Technologies, contributing to policy implementation and employee engagement. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of Human Capital at the International Trademark Association, supporting operations in multiple countries.

Pardo holds two master's degrees in business administration and has earned multiple certifications, including SPHRi and SHRM-CP. His career reflects a commitment to fostering growth, compliance and excellence within organizations.

Jon created Ecco Group America in 2014 with the vision or providing quality and expert human resources advice and solutions to small and medium size business worldwide.
