I've worked on very complex projects including several with 3000+ users. I know salesforce.com inside and out and most importantly I know what NOT to do. Salesforce is easy to implement...but it's also easy to go down the wrong path, because it can be seemingly easy.
Don't fall into that trap. Hire someone who's been there, done that and has seen the good the bad and the ugly.
