Work Terms
1. Scope of Work & Revisions
Included Revisions: Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the original scope of work.
Out of Scope: Any changes requested after revisions are exhausted, or major structural changes made after a milestone is approved, will be billed at an hourly rate of $40/hour (or a mutually agreed fixed price).
Technical Accuracy: For architectural rendering, clients must provide accurate dimensions, floor plans, or sketches. Any adjustments required due to inaccurate initial data from the client will count as an extra revision.
2. Payment Terms & Milestones
Fixed-Price Projects: Work is divided into clear milestones. A 50% upfront deposit is required before any design or 3D modeling begins.
Final Release: Project files, high-resolution renders, and final vector source files will be delivered immediately upon the release of the final milestone payment.
3. File Delivery & Copyright
Deliverables: Final 3D renders will be delivered in high-resolution JPG/PNG formats. Graphic design assets will be delivered in print-ready vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF).
Source Files: Raw 3D project files (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, or CAD files) are not included in the standard project price unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before the project starts.
Portfolio Rights: I retain the right to showcase completed renders and design work in my professional portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
