My name is Edward Reyes. I am a Software Developer and a recent graduate from California State University. While earning my Bachelor’s degree, I have taken Student Assistant positions as a Tutor for the Engineering department and then after a Web Developer for the CSUN’s Career Center. There I’ve learned many skills required for Web Development. I was tasked with creating an interactive webpage where I had to use JavaScript and CSS to implement animations and trigger events. I have learned JavaScript along with jQuery, Node.js, and ES6 standard. The most valuable skill I’ve learned during my time working for CSUN’s Career Center was learning new tools very quickly and applying my knowledge to complete a task. Since then I have been improving my frontend web development skills and I have used and worked with Bootstrap.js which I have used heavily to build my personal website.
