Work Terms & Process

Thank you for considering me for your Shopify project. Below are the terms under which I work to ensure smooth communication, clear expectations, and high-quality results.

Availability & Communication
I’m available Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 to 18:00 CET. I respond to messages within 12–24 hours. All project-related communication will be done through Upwork, email, or your preferred channel (e.g., Slack or Trello if provided). I’m open to short video calls for strategy, feedback, or walkthroughs.

Project Scope & Revisions
Each project includes a detailed scope defined at the beginning. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of what’s included — e.g., homepage layout, product pages, mobile optimization, app integrations, branding suggestions, etc.
Minor revisions (up to 2–3 rounds) are included to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions or scope extensions will be discussed and quoted fairly in advance.

Timeframe & Deadlines
Turnaround depends on the scope but typical delivery is within 5–10 business days for full store builds. Urgent or express requests can be accommodated for an additional fee. You will always receive an estimated delivery date upfront, and I will communicate clearly if any delays arise.

Pricing & Payment
Fixed-price or hourly contracts are welcome. For fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront with the remaining 50% upon final delivery. For hourly projects, weekly hours and budgets will be agreed upon in advance. No surprise charges.

Deliverables
You will receive a fully functional Shopify website with all agreed features installed and tested. I will also provide documentation or a walkthrough video if needed. All assets, logos, or images you provide will remain your property.

Confidentiality & Ownership
All work is 100% confidential. You retain full ownership of all designs, code, and content created once payment is completed. I do not use templates unless requested — your store will be custom
