Professional Communication
Clear communication is a priority in every engagement. I provide consistent updates and am available via Guru messaging, email, and scheduled Zoom meetings. Messages are typically responded to within 12 hours.
Engagement Structure
All projects begin with a clear scope definition to ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
Hourly projects are tracked securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
Fixed-price projects are divided into clearly defined milestones for transparency and accountability.
Turnaround & Deadlines
Monthly bookkeeping is delivered within 5–7 business days after receipt of all required documentation.
Cleanup and catch-up projects are scheduled based on transaction volume and complexity, with a clear timeline provided upfront.
