Work Terms

Work will commence upon approval of quotation, and payment of deposit.
Monthly packages / plans require a 1 month deposit and a 1 month advanced payment. Fixed price and hourly based projects require a 50% deposit of total estimate.
Any additional work requests, outside of job scope, will be quoted by our hourly rate of RM200/hr.
Past due payments will be charged at a rate of 5% per month.
