I am service man that intends to ensure that standards are met and as well meet up the targeted expectations of my clients. I am new here, I understand how difficult it is to deal with a newbie but a trial will convince you. I keep to time and tend to understand my clients specifications of how they want their service product.
Work Terms
I work 2/7 considering the fact that I may not share the same time zone with clients. In terms of communication, I expect client to reach out whenever they want and feel free to express the positives or negatives of my service. Criticism after all, is what helps for improvement.
