- Performed complex audits and consulting at National Bank of Kazakhstan that brought improvements to National Bank business processes and Kazakhstan payment systems
- Increased share of Samsung products to 74% of total sales for the target clientele
- Successfully performed audits of mining industry companies, such as Arcelor Mittal, Kazatomprom, Denholm Zholdas, Anaco and more, while at Deloitte
- Optimized cost accounting system at Republican Diagnostic Center in Nur-Sultan, ensuring better understanding of its costs and profits to management, which resulted in significantly improved results the following year
