I have been a writer and lover of genre fiction since I was a girl. I used to love reading my friends stories, editing them just for fun. Now I want to be able to help indie writers take their manuscript to the next level. I majored in English Literature and minored in Creative Writing at York University, graduating with honours. I have worked as an editor for the Chronicle (Durham College) and the Vandoo (York University). I taught English in Japan for five years.

Work Terms

Please contact me through Guru if you need a special price or timeline. Otherwise I charge $8/hour. This works out to being $8/1,000 words. I will charge a minimum flat rate of $100 if your manuscript is shorter than 12,500 words.

My fastest return time is 5 business days for manuscripts 50,000 words and under; 10 business days for manuscripts 50,000 - 100,000 words; 15 business days for manuscripts 100,000 - 150,000 words. If you need your manuscript back faster, or if it is longer than 150,000 words, then please contact me and we can work out a deal.

All manuscripts must be complete (with a beginning, middle, and end, no missing chapters or scenes). I am not a ghost writer, and can only offer copyediting, feedback, and interior layout design. I will not continue or re-write your manuscript.

I will accept academic essays only if they are related to English Literature (my major) or Creative Writing (my minor).
